We keep depth rather than breadth: fewer articles, but enough of each one to repeat an order six months later.

What a wholesale customer can rely on

A workshop cannot plan around a supplier who ships a different shade every time. Our terms exist to remove that risk.

  • One batch per orderAll rolls in an order come from the same dye lot unless you agree otherwise in writing.
  • Samples before purchaseCut samples with roll numbers are sent free of charge before a first order.
  • Reserved stockA confirmed article can be held for a stated number of days at no cost.
  • Measured, not estimatedEvery roll is re-measured before dispatch and the actual length is written on the invoice.
  • Defect handlingFlaws found within a roll are compensated by length, not by argument.
